Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter this agreement, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1 OF 1 provides tools for contractors and small business owners including GEO visibility audits, a community directory, a lead board, a job management and quoting mobile app, and educational content.

Our tools and content are for informational and operational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional licensing advice. GEO audit scores and AI-generated room renders are estimates and should not be relied upon as guarantees of any outcome.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at epaintit@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent or use automated means to create accounts.

The Mastermind membership is billed at $49 per month. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We use Stripe for payment processing.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload, including room scans, project photos, notes, and quotes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. Do not upload content that contains personal information about others without their consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated means.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you.
• Misrepresent your identity, trade, or business in the community directory.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account.

The platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

GEO audit scores reflect our analysis at a point in time and may not reflect current search engine or AI system behavior. AI room renders are illustrative concepts and not architectural plans or construction specifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 OF 1 Contractor Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
