Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when you use our services:

• Account information: email address, full name, trade, phone number, city, and website when you join the community or create an account.
• Content you create: room scan files (USDZ format), job photos, project notes, measurements, quote line items, and customer contact information you enter into the app.
• GEO audit data: your business website URL and the audit results we generate when you run a GEO visibility audit.
• Payment information: when you subscribe to a paid tier, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, expiration date, or CVV.
• Communications: if you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the platform and mobile app.
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• Store and retrieve your projects, scans, photos, quotes, and audit history.
• Send transactional emails such as quote delivery and account confirmations.
• Send the newsletter, if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• Improve our products and understand how contractors use the tools.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We share information only with the third-party service providers that power the platform. Each is bound by their own privacy commitments and applicable law.

• Supabase (supabase.com) -- database, authentication, and file storage. US-based.
• Airtable (airtable.com) -- community member directory. US-based.
• Stripe (stripe.com) -- payment processing. PCI-DSS compliant. US-based.
• Resend (resend.com) -- transactional email delivery. US-based.
• Replicate (replicate.com) -- AI-powered room render processing. Scan thumbnail images are sent to Replicate to generate design visualizations. US-based.
• Vercel (vercel.com) -- website hosting and infrastructure. US-based.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

The 1of1 Pro iOS app collects and handles data as follows:

• Camera: used only for room scanning (via Apple RoomPlan) and capturing job site photos. We do not access your camera roll or photos outside of actions you initiate.
• Microphone: used only during a room scan session as required by Apple RoomPlan. Audio is not recorded or stored.
• Location: we do not collect your device location.
• Scan files and photos: stored in your private Supabase Storage account. Accessible only to you. Thumbnail images may be sent to Replicate for AI render processing when you request a design visualization.
• Project data: customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and quote information you enter are stored in Supabase and accessible only to your account.
• Data storage: all app data is stored on US-based servers.

• Account and profile data: retained until you request deletion.
• Scan files and photos: retained in your account storage until you delete them or request account deletion.
• Audit history: retained for your reference. You can request deletion at any time.
• Newsletter list: your email is removed immediately when you unsubscribe.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database so that each user can only access their own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for contractors and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
